While I was conducting a workshop on Stress Management, it occurred to me, in the process of planning it, stress was multiplied due to pace of change and role conflict. My team was set to be the smallest among the others and that was our first challenge. 3 hours before the workshop, one team member was down with a fever and we were left with 3 facilitators. Graded. Lack of props. Lack of manpower. Being the group leader, a higher responsibility for people, taking care of the class' items in my storage room and having troubles with it. AHHHHH.
