Childhood

Omg my primary school childhood friends after 4 almost 5 years? And they have grown so much but I have not? We always made bets on who was gonna evolve more through puberty and who was gonna end up more successful. Eventually I changed the most in terms of interests (but im still healthy blogging) and Yusuf and Nadiah turned out to be the smarter ones.

The meet up was so strangeeeee! I'm not used to talking properly for hours with them because I used to be so annoyed at every word they said. Plus Kakak Nina is married and Kakak Anur has two children. Wow.

After a non-stop rushing day starting from 5.30am, I expected myself to conk out the moment I reached home but I did not. Cause I was too excited with this very new technology which after years is not Apple. Hahaha even after the jemputans, we dropped by IMM because only you'll understand if you treasure your phone very well and whatever happened to mine happened to yours.

Compact.

My new modules
First week of school and I really love Business law and business communication. Yayyyyyyyyyy. Hopefully I will put in more effort in this ITB, POA and MIEC. Usually after school I would go somewhere and if I go home straight which is a rare case of tiredness, I will sleep until dinner is served. MEHEHEHEHE

Fun fact: Eating nasi and lauks in the midst of a back-to-back lecture will accumulates to 6 hour of sitting down and listening. Yes and thank god BLAW ended super fast and I could go home and sleep for four hours.

"Make me a sandwich!"
So today I got hungry and I wondered what should I make. And thank god for food rations weeeeeeeeeeeee.

1.38pm: preparing ingredients
These were the last two cheese slices I am so lucky. The whole loaf of bread is for me and only me to survive the week. And the tuna and sardines. This reminds me of OBS where people got sick of them after 5 straight days of it but I loved it more. Yay.

1.42pm: my special ingredient from Thailand. This is amazing I put it on Maggie, rice, noodles, egg, fries and almost everything. Power of stocking spicy (it is really hot) saviours like these.
And this came out from the fridge and I don't know why maybe it lasts longer in there?

1.43pm: check out my skills

1.50pm: Squeeze them in the sandwich-triangley toaster

I call it: The chili-cheese tuna. Which is merely just listing the ingredients hahahahah I have a special taste of creativity.

Experiments

Hello everybody and I mean the walls of this blog. Being curious is part and parcel of life and that's one of the reasons why we experiment! While many are seen experimenting on girls, sports, fashion or cliques, I still enjoy being that little girl who didn't read instructions well and screwed up her chemistry practical test. Ah the 2013 wonders of heating, popping and crystallization.

We started off with our safety gears aka personal protection equipments! Gloves were essential to prevent them NH4 from stinking our skins.

So maybe thousands of other youths have done this and we're alittle outdated but yaaaa. Were you trapped in a toilet with the only means of escape for the smell is a tiny window? Ya I didnt think so either.

After the 15 minutes wait we scrubbed off the pungent smell and replaced it with soft shampoo and conditioner.

Adios amigos to full black hair. This was taken the night before where I got my haircut.

Ps; HAPPY 10th BIRTHDAY TO THE THREE OF US yay.

Rapunzel
Hello heres some very useful tips on what to do with your long sometimes-straight, sometimes-wavy & sometimes-curly hair. Especially when you're too tired to do anything with it or just...... Lazy.

1) Light scalp rinse and actually comb your hair. The breeze will act as a natural& not harmful hair dryer.

2) Leave it hair. Wake up, body shower, leave home.

3) Hide it hair. Atleast the top part of mess you're too lazy to untangle.

4) Or tie it with just one rubber band

Or have extra time in the bus to plaid

Or just twist and tie.

Bad hair day? No problem!
5) Hoodie saves your day.

6) but if too hot how? Go botak.

Goreng

Guess who I saw this morning?
It never occurred to me to write about work until Hannah spoke about it. Ive always thought that a blog is a daily open journal that I only share my URL with people I'm closest to. And I miss her a lot.

With the extremely high influx of support, especially with "strangers", it was an interesting day. How I wish I could be surrounded by them annoying ones every working day. I am a good role model hahahha. I guess I learnt how to "leave all negative emotions at home". No matter how exhausting school was or important things to settle, I gotta do what I gotta do. Sometimes I am totally unappreciated by people whom I spent 30 minutes settling their harsh orders although I was in a rush to go help cadets with training. And when I'm late, no one understands grrr!!!!!!! I'm a human too.

YOU SHOULD BE STUDYING

Ps; sorry for the unsightly food mess.

What I'm gonna miss most about the holidays
1) Waking up at any timing I want.
which means I can sleep as late (or early) as I like. "Oh it's 6am? Who cares theres no school Tmr "

2) Climbing on Wednesdays
Why would I let my equipments stay at home? they're not for display :(

3) Working with the people I love.
When school reopens, how am I gonna attend courses and attend trainings? I don't plan to take LOA unless its really really important like when NOBODY can replace me.

4) Wearing sweatpants out without being judged by people I'm with. (because they also wear the same comfortable shit)
Or repeated dry fit tees or shorts or slippers or sandals.

5) Meeting up with friends just to be goofy.
See, its ok to wear hoodies in this burning city.

6)And.... Family love.
A lepak session is never a lepak session. We always end up doing something dumb or useful maybe like making milkshakes or chucky or dancing or scooting or surprising our relatives at work (until we reached and they weren't working) or shopping or crying because we got no money to buy everything in the world.

Should I cut my hair- every girl's dilemma ahhhhhhhh

Second try
How am I gonna portray myself this time?

I get it. More tshirts. HAHAHAHAHA. Time to clean my room before school reopens and an excuse for me to mess it up once again.

One thing on my mum's wish list:
For me to swim without a personal floatation device (PFD).

This is something so important to her that she will definitely allow me whenever I want to spend my day trying to stay afloat in water+chlorine (which is really really rare). Which isn't good for me. One thing I truly detest is having water going up my nose and the horrid after-feeling. I know I know, "everyone goes through it" or "you need to learn to control it" or "get a nose clip". Same old thing I hear everytime. But other than that, I love the peace and independence when you're in water. Maybe it's because I spend most of my life in a quiet environment. I love how you suddenly have that confidence to do backflips or handstands. If only I could do it on land.... So everytime I'm preparing my PPE (swimsuit hehe), there's frisson in me. Especially when you can levitate wooooooo!

This morning
My eyes opened wide awake
My body stiff
My brain alert
All I want is to recover

Yesternight,
And the night before,
There was an exothermic reaction
I don't know how it happened.

It's been quite some months
Since I felt so much physical pain
Or maybe just pain
It's exiting my body

We are all given a unique body to own
What do we do with them?
Do we use them to the fullest?
Do we harm it to the fullest?
Do we exert it to the fullest?
What are you doing to your asset?

Well I woke up disappointed
Because I was (still) freezing
But I decided to prioritize my activities
When my body was always there for me
I chugged the thought aside
Hoping that it'll buck up and forgive me
Maybe hot + hot= cold.
Does that even make sense?
What if it worsen?

I took the risk
And left my shelter
I sprinted and climbed
And climbed and ate out
Oh I am so sorry, body.
Why am I so selfish?

CAT1 sucks

Other than the four hours of wait and annoying sound alarming us about the lightning, we finally got in the water!!!! Okay actually water plus oil plus leaves plus rocks plus my friend frog.

We expected more to come but they backed out due to the weather forecast which predicted lightning for the whole day. I guess the ones who took the risk didn't regret it. Compared to the rest, they are halfway through their 3 star course or soon-to-be 1 star coaches and I'm just trying to rescue people properly. How do you even flip a kayak with your arm strength? The waves got bigger when we were paddling back but as the saying goes, "A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor". This is a quote I shared with my Oscar cadets and I hope it stays with them like how it stays with me.

Ps; someone got boat license unfair unfair unfair!!!

Umat Yalam

Just a bunch of people I work with that meets up almost 3/4 of my 8week holiday.

Stereotypes. Judging. Complaining. Jokers. Goofy. A day off from all the brouhaha and learning to be frivolous.
