You never know, it could be the last memory you ever have of your loved ones. On days that I just want to wrap myself in two layers of wool in a library, reading random non-fictional books and absorbing a few chapters, there is a self-alarm that goes "Why are you trapped in your own world?". Rarely I do, but when I have a peace of mind in between daily tasks, I get to breathe and rest my head. Since I am on a sunrise to sunset fast, the day rushes by; no need to have a lunch/ snack break. But, no practice of thinking about others makes my 24 hours wasted. No smile to a stranger, no checking in on friends, no thought of alturism. I have lived for myself, is that right?
