Today I revisited a weekly go-to place where we can vent, dance and sing for a few hours and enjoying a common sport at the same time. Do people actually attach themselves to places too? The walls  have not tasted a new coat, the suffering aircon still leaks and shuts down once in a while, the bloody mattress still catches me even when it's weak and torn. The rocks felt equally sharp, I left with at least one contusion, we joked about being uncareful when belaying and our blasting phones were placed at the same mat as we danced our way up. We no longer text every single day to express our excitement for that week's Wednesday- that was the most exciting part. This was another short phase to show us that things happen for a reason, even if they aren't logical. We may try to make sense to it or give excuses for the people who aren't in our lives anymore or beat ourselves everyday to give ourselves closure. It's just that we took it for granted and looked at it as a joke when we said caring words and promises and WA so certain that the person that you fully trust your life with will always be watching you from the back, making sure that you're alright. Let's give ourselves a slap to wake us up from the Korean drama life and snap back to reality. People separate because we attract likeminded people, and the good thing is, we either grow together or outgrow another. But it's definite that at least one of us is advancing and that's enough. For that, I am thankful.

I wouldn't say the perfect word would be "detach". I would feel it as a "no attachment".

You gotta choose one
You gotta choose one. That's my this 6 months goal: Only one.

We all started with one squad. We started strong but overtime, we grew apart from each other. We all had a common goal, that explains the arrow later. Unfortunately, everyone had different views and we were all seperated and formed cliques. This is our story.

:)

Love u loads
In-between the sarcasm, jokes, rants, I honestly thought he was drunk when he sent:

"btw thanks guys for the fun during this holidays👍 best holiday i had👍👍"

It's not that we don't appreciate one another, we do. It's that we have never expressed it. And it sounded so weird when one person other than me says it. I say "love u so much" when I'm in trouble or when they team up against me. Plus, as we have experienced enough camps to understand the power of timetabling, this was created.

It looks like an overly attached girlfriend who asks me for my timetable and created a schedule to meet because she cant get enough of me. It is.

Ps; the top of their curse lists now is babi and I wonder where they get it from.

Awkward rock
She was either muslim or not. My legs tried to delay movement while my eyes were in search for a distraction. Her smile was an open gesture of greeting. Should I offer a Salam or not? What is the least possible way to make this situation awkward. Her husband stood beside her and I still could not identify if they were Muslims. I wasted so much time that she offered her hand. Bam, my mind was made up; she was muslim. As the back of her hand was midway to face, she resisted, she wasn't a Muslim!!!! Beneath the smile, my heart was pounding and heated with embarrassment. To cover my rudeness, I offered a handshake to her husband and my hand was in the left hanging for 3 seconds before I realised he didn't want to. I could forhear the mocking laughter of my cousins just behind me. And I had to endure engaging in small talk for the next 10 minutes.
