Trust Ipoh

1) Trust to take care of one another
Because we all have weaknesses, it is critical for everyone to look out for everyone. Pairing/ forced partnering wasn't necessary because it was natural to assist as a group. When people are initiative, there's no need for delegation. Some planned the activities, timetable, packing list, emergency contact, some drove, navigated, learnt how to use the aux cable, played music, some sacrificed portable chargers, some bought data for everyone to share, some paid for petrol and tolls, some brought games, some took videos and pictures, some carried the groceries for everyone, some were timekeepers, some took care of safety.

2) Trust for respect
About 4 years ago, I swore that I would never bathe if the bathroom door's broken. I broke that swore in this trip. It was comfortable because of the respect that we have for the preferences of one another such as sleeping time, food, fear, inability to gamble (HAHA), gambling without money (HAHAHA).

3) Trust to be punctual
Not sure if it's because we are all from Uniform groups where time is highly valued. The right balance between leisure and quick movement was met and it is the first time on a trip where we had situations under control very well.

No matter what activity we did, from the paid adventures like caving, water rafting, museum, laser tag to unpaid adventures like trips on the road, navigation, food hunt, grocery shopping, cards, long bus rides, pit stops, chilling in hotel rooms, they were all good.

When there's no judgement and all acceptance, its cool.

Different lens
Unfortunate bodies who are given the inconvenient life challenge of myopia have to check their eye health once in awhile. There will be the process of getting new spectacle lenses, adjustment of contact lens degrees but also unnecessarily, design of spectacles frame and contact lens colours. All these fixes are either for pleasing your eyes aesthetically or literally.
I too, go through the change in lens, figuratively.

This semester break, I'm getting my third pair of glasses. No new activities, same interests, familiar faces, just with my new set of eyes. It is incredible, how when you lay back, start observing conversations instead of contributing ideas and views, and watch where it leads and how it is concluded. No longer do I have that strong urge to resist against an idea that I do not believe in.

Especially when you are in an area where signal and data are hard to detect, it forces us to entertain each other without prank videos and snapchat. It is amazing, I love it.

Injured in a physical competition
I had a dilemma
And a really huge one
It was pain vs suzana
It's about what I want

Honestly I dont give a damn
If we couldn't make it
But everyone was ready and brought their cam
I knew I couldn't let it slip

You see, they require two females
If not we'd be disqualified
So I couldn't just bail
My balls automatically solidified

If I were to describe to you
It's like pouring alcohol on a flesh and lighting a match
It's not burning nor is it cool
But the worst is having a patch

The patch sticks like a glue
Its required before I could wear number 4
So too bad boo hoo
The pressure hurts to the core

What is this pressure?
Is it the pain of the exposed flesh?
Or is it the disappointed faces of those who were so sure?
We went through the sequence and planned to dash
( Yea, I was torturing myself with a bash)

They look at me limp
"are you okay?"
I laughed uncontrollably like a pimp
"A O K"

"you can go overseas with your friends after you turn 18"

A week after 20/09/15 also known as my first legal week, climbers + the girls group went on a 2.50RM trip.

They weren't lying about the pain-balls.

Regret

And now I am weak again.
What happens when a first aider is injured? Where's my first aider?

We should really practice a "cool down" session because we always ALWAYS forget to stretch because we would be too eager to bathe and eat. This is unhealthy and despite the many aches and tears, I have not learnt to be disciplined. It hurts it hurts. How do I apply the kinesio tape on my shoulder?

AIYAHHHH UBIN NEXT WEEK FASTERRRRRRRR DONT DO THIS TO ME.
#30daynocursingchallenge isn't doing so well.
#semula

#ihavehorribleunmotivatingfriends And this is why:
-They throw rocks at me when Im climbing
-They wouldn't let me down from the rope
-They use me as an experiment as slam-dunked me
-They throw rocks at me while Im being lowered
-"Suzana say byebye to your challenge"

#orcheh #swell #tear #ache #salonpasspray
what's the next activity? :)

NCDCC in another point of view

My crazy group which not only entertain my nonsense, but joins in.
Even my jokes from year 2000 were not criticized and everyone admits on our flaws such as being annoying /talkative /loud/ hyper/ vain/ lack of GTA skill/ traumatized from flying a plane. We devoured on our well deserved pizza, donuts and chocolates at Lit han’s.
